Set Of Model F444 Lounge Chairs By Pierre Paulin For Artifort, 1960s

These beautiful chairs were made by Pierre Paulin in the 1960s for Artifort. We offer these chairs very cheap because there is some damage to the upholstery, but this does not take away the seating comfort. The frame is in a good condition. If you are interested in 1 chair, that is of course also possible. For questions please send us an email.

  • Born in Paris in 1927, French designer Pierre Paulin studied stone carving and clay modeling at the École Camondo in Paris in the early 1950s. He is perhaps best known for his collaboration with Artifort, which began in 1958 and lasted approximately half a century. This relationship resulted in several iconic pieces, including his famed Mushroom Chair (1959), Ribbon Chair (1966), and Tongue Chair (1968).
