Without prejudice to the applicability of any special conditions that take precedence over current general conditions, all sales, works, deliveries and services take place under the conditions stated below. These conditions automatically take precedence over the customer's purchase conditions. Payment of the goods implies the declaration of agreement with these sales conditions.
All prices on the website are in euros (€ 00.00).
NardoDaVintage uses margin prices in almost all cases. These are prices that are determined according to the margin scheme. The margin scheme is a tax scheme that applies to used goods such as art, antiques and collectibles. VAT tax is only paid on the margin between purchase and sale. The use of the margin scheme is stated on the invoice. All prices are therefore including VAT, but no VAT amount is stated on the invoice.
Payments can be made as follows:
- Cash on collection / delivery of the goods.
- By bank transfer, see for bank details the information on the account.
