General conditions

1. General:
Without prejudice to the applicability of any special conditions that take precedence over current general conditions, all sales, works, deliveries and services take place under the conditions stated below. These conditions automatically take precedence over the customer's purchase conditions. Payment of the goods implies the declaration of agreement with these sales conditions.

2. Prices:
All prices on the website are in euros (€ 00.00).
NardoDaVintage uses margin prices in almost all cases. These are prices that are determined according to the margin scheme. The margin scheme is a tax scheme that applies to used goods such as art, antiques and collectibles. VAT tax is only paid on the margin between purchase and sale. The use of the margin scheme is stated on the invoice. All prices are therefore including VAT, but no VAT amount is stated on the invoice.
 
3. Payment:
Payments can be made as follows:
- Cash on collection / delivery of the goods.
- By bank transfer, see for bank details the information on the account.
 
4. Acceptance:
Acceptance of our goods is always considered to be sold, received and accepted in our web store. The buyer undertakes to collect or accept our goods within two weeks (but this also depends on where the buyer is located) following the date on which they are sold.
Our products are second-hand, no warranty is provided on these products. In order to get an idea of ​​the condition of the goods, the customer can inspect the goods on the spot or request additional photos. Lamps and electrical products are serviced or repaired before sale, however, we recommend that you consult a licensed electrician before using these electrical products. NardoDaVintage cannot be held responsible for the use of these products. Payment of the goods implies the approval of the state in which the goods are located.


The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within the statutory period of fourteen days counted from the moment of receipt. The customer does this by e-mail or registered letter to: NardoDaVintage, Rijksstraatweg 186, 115AV Duivendrecht Netherlands. (postal date is the valid date). The transport of the returned goods always takes place at the expense and risk of the buyer. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at: info@nardodavintage.com We will then refund the order amount due within fourteen days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
 
5. Shipping:
Shipments are sent no later than five working days after receipt of the funds on our account. The costs for transport are always agreed and paid in advance. The transport takes place under the full responsibility of the addressee, even in case of sale or free delivery. All goods are carefully packed. The packaging costs are borne by the buyer.
 
6. Delivery:
Delivery times are specified in advance. NardoDaVintage is not responsible for delivery problems by external carriers. If the delivery term is unreasonably exceeded, the customer can terminate the purchase contract in writing without any costs. Complaints regarding the delivery must be made by registered letter within seven days after the delivery date.
 
7. Insurance:
All goods shipped by us are fully insured against theft, breakage, fire, short-handed and looting, at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed. The cost of the insurance premium depends on the value of the purchased goods.
 
8. Claims:
Despite all the care and attention we devote to sending and delivering the goods to the delivery address, it can happen that goods are damaged or lost. It is very important to check the goods upon receipt. Only sign for receipt when you have unpacked the goods and checked for damage. All possible comments about damage should be made to the carrier.
Complaints regarding missing or partial deliveries must be accompanied by a statement from the local carrier or deliverer.
 
9. Warranties:
Our account is the guarantee certificate. In case of an unwritten or hidden defect, you can contact us in writing with:
- a description of the defective part
- a copy of your account showing the purchased item.
We will then process your complaint and contact you.
 
10. Dutch law:
Our terms and conditions of sale are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, only the District Court in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) has jurisdiction.
